  • All participants will determine their Ayurvedic Body Type by filling out a Mind-Body questionnaire (Dosha Survey)

  • How do we improve the quality of our Mental and Physical health with the Ayurvedic Lifestyle?
  • What are the significant Mind and Body characteristics of the three main Dosha types?
  • We will share the balancing dietary lists for the three main Dosha types which are Vata, Pitta and Kapha; We will go into detail about the choices, members of each dosha type should make when choosing Fruits, Vegetables, Legumes, Nuts and Seeds, Dairy Products, Animal Products, Sweets, Fats and Spices.
